IT Support Engineer – Executive & Board Support

About the role

Anthropic is building a dedicated executive support function within its IT organization. As the IT Support Engineer for Executive Support, you will design and run a white‑glove service for company executives, their administrative business partners, and board members, ensuring technology never hinders their work.

Key responsibilities

• Stand up and manage executive support intake channels, handling every request from executives, ABPs, and board members.
• Define and deliver a discreet, high‑quality service model, maintaining confidentiality under pressure.
• Design the board‑meeting AV support playbook and provide end‑to‑end AV assistance for executive rooms and board sessions.
• Create runbooks, SLAs, and documentation to keep the service consistent as it scales.
• Build trusted relationships with ABPs and executive staff, establishing clear intake paths.
• Escalate urgent or specialized issues to the appropriate IT Engineering pods.
• Set up board member devices, accounts, and access during onboarding.
• Participate in the shared ticket queue, on‑site desk‑side help, hardware swaps, and AV Tier‑1 triage.
• Join the Core on‑call rotation and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT support experience, including at least 3 years providing executive‑level support.
• Proven track record of standing up a service or program from scratch, such as a VIP or white‑glove support desk.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive, time‑critical requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior leadership and their assistants.
