IT Manager

About the role

Triumph is seeking its first dedicated IT Manager to design and build the entire IT function from the ground up. You will create the corporate network, identity platform, endpoint lifecycle, and office infrastructure for a fast‑growing entertainment tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end corporate networking including VLANs, switching, segmentation and Wi‑Fi across multiple offices.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle from provisioning through MDM to patching and secure de‑provisioning.
• Establish and mature corporate identity on Okta, delivering SSO and MFA for all SaaS applications.
• Automate identity provisioning and de‑provisioning processes for new hires and departures.
• Deploy audio‑visual and conferencing solutions (Google Meet, Zoom) in meeting rooms.
• Lead physical office build‑out: fiber, cabling, vendor coordination and Wi‑Fi installation.
• Apply AI‑driven automation to reduce repetitive IT tasks such as provisioning and access reviews.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a hands‑on approach to building IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and hand over mature systems to operational teams.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
