IT Lead SAP Service Maintenance

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Technology Services is seeking an IT Lead to oversee SAP service maintenance for the MedTech ERP domain in North America. Based in Raritan, NJ, the role ensures high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP ECC and S/4HANA business services.

Key responsibilities

• Own the service level management lifecycle, including SLA/OLA definition, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Manage the SAP application and technology portfolio, maintain CMDB accuracy and collaborate on lifecycle and cost assessments.
• Lead incident and problem management, driving rapid resolution, root‑cause analysis and preventive fixes.
• Champion knowledge management and KCS practices to create and share knowledge assets.
• Drive continuous service improvement using KPIs, automation, self‑service and feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting and administering SAP applications (ECC, S/4HANA, GTS, MDG, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, Business Objects, NetWeaver, etc.).
• In‑depth knowledge of OTC, Finance and at least one supply‑chain functional area.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to work in a global, cross‑cultural environment.

Required skills

• SAP ECC, S/4HANA, GTS, MDG, CRM, BW, APO, GRC, Business Objects, NetWeaver Portal, Process Orchestration, Gateway/Fiori, LVM, Web Dispatcher, HANA.
• ITIL incident, change, problem and release management.
• Experience with SAP certification, Informatica, Tableau, WebMethods.
