IT Help Desk Technician – Level 2

About the role

The IT Help Desk Technician provides on‑site technical support to Millennium employees and contractors in El Segundo, CA. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and connectivity issues, ensuring rapid resolution and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize Help Desk tickets using ServiceNow.
• Respond to user requests via phone, email and chat, documenting all interactions.
• Run diagnostics, install, configure and repair Dell computers, printers and mobile devices.
• Support new‑employee onboarding and equipment provisioning.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level IT teams as needed.
• Follow up with users to confirm issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized ticket queue and adhere to service level agreements.

Required profile

• Technical degree or at least 2 years of help‑desk experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Willingness to work overtime and lift up to 25 lb.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Dell hardware with Windows 10/11.
• Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• IP phone configuration.
• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred).
• CompTIA Security+ certification (preferred).
