IT Audit Senior Associate – Digital Assurance & Transparency

About the role

As an IT Audit Senior Associate in the Digital Assurance & Transparency practice, you will help clients build trust in their digital environments by assessing controls, cybersecurity measures, data and AI systems, and related governance. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guide junior team members, and contribute to the overall audit strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct IT audits to evaluate internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze complex digital environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their digital assurance needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Apply auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks to enhance audit processes.
• Implement cybersecurity risk management strategies to protect client data and systems.
• Assess data quality and validation processes to support accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.
• Interpret data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Uphold professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state or meet CISA licensure requirements.
• Preference for candidates pursuing or holding an active CPA or CISA license.
