iOS Developer – Remote Contractor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join our customer’s team on a remote contract basis. You will help design, build, and maintain high‑performance mobile applications while collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust iOS applications using Swift and Objective‑C.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high coding standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest iOS development trends and frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in iOS application development.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVC and MVVM.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, third‑party libraries, and Apple frameworks.
• Ability to write unit and UI tests for reliable code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote teamwork.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile remote teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of App Store submission and release management processes.
