Investment Operations Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Investment Operations Manager, the Investment Operations Specialist provides onsite support for opening, maintaining, and closing investment accounts while safeguarding client confidentiality. The role serves as a liaison between CWA, custodians, third‑party providers, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process new account paperwork, transfers, and service requests for CWA‑recommended investment programs.
• Manage account openings, ongoing maintenance, and closures.
• Track and monitor withdrawals, deposits, and complex account changes.
• Coordinate with internal billing, performance reporting systems, and external custodians.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, planning teams, and third‑party providers, handling same‑day requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Minimum two years of investment experience, including alternative investments and qualified pension plans.
• Experience supporting ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and processing confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent written and verbal communication.
