About the role

Santander CIB is seeking MBA candidates for its 2027 Investment Banking Summer Associate Program in New York. The eight‑week program begins in June 2027 and combines formal training with hands‑on project work, giving participants exposure to a full range of investment banking activities across multiple industry groups.

Required profile

MBA student expected to graduate May/June 2028.
Minimum 3 years of prior work experience.
Strong analytical, quantitative and critical‑thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Demonstrated motivation, results‑orientation, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
