Investment Banking M&A Associate

About the role

As an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions you will be a key contributor to the firm’s transaction pipeline, supporting the full deal cycle from pitch to close. You will work closely with senior bankers, analysts and clients, gaining exposure to high‑profile transactions across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing pitches and client presentations.
• Conduct detailed valuation work, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses.
• Prepare internal committee memoranda and strategic meeting materials.
• Lead and mentor analysts and junior associates throughout the execution process.
• Collaborate with senior team members and client management on transaction strategy and execution.
• Participate in graduate recruiting and talent development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an investment banking front‑office role or top‑tier consulting (financial, commercial, or operational due diligence).
• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• Self‑directed, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with senior professionals and key stakeholders.
