Inventory Associate

About the role

The Inventory Associate supports Market Operations by ensuring inventory accuracy through regular physical counts, data tracking, and coordination of product movement within the warehouse. This full‑time position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical counts, including cycle counts, aisle checks, and vintage verification.
• Track count results, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to forward pick locations.
• Research and resolve driver shorts, back‑order issues, and invoice delivery discrepancies.
• Assist with returns processing, placing bottles and cases in appropriate storage locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; ability to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer‑service focus.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Basic PC proficiency, including MS Office and other computer programs.
