Interventional Cardiologist – $100K Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

Ochsner Rush Health in Meridian, MS is seeking a board‑eligible or board‑certified Interventional Cardiologist to join a high‑volume practice serving East Mississippi and West Alabama. The role offers the chance to work in a multi‑specialty environment with extensive support and teaching opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide interventional cardiology procedures for adult patients across the referral network.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff within a high‑volume, 8‑county network.

Required profile

• Board‑eligible or board‑certified interventional cardiologist (BE/BC).
• Willingness to engage in teaching, research, and community service activities.

Required skills

• Experience with Impella left ventricular assist device.
• Pulmonary thrombectomy.
• Orbital coronary atherectomy and ultraviolet laser atherectomy.
• Implantation of standard and Micra pacemakers, AICDs, and CRT devices.
• Use of CardioMEMS heart‑failure system, impulse dynamics CCM device, and Shockwave coronary lithotripsy.
