International Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

Anthropic’s Infrastructure organization needs a seasoned manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations outside North America. The International Warehouse & Logistics Manager will coordinate inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting and outbound shipments for high‑value AI compute hardware across multiple global sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations across international locations through third‑party logistics providers, including receiving, inspection, put‑away, storage, cycle counting, kitting and outbound fulfillment to data‑center sites.
• Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares and consumables, maintaining clear chain of custody from dock to rack.
• Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers, managing schedules and resolving exceptions such as delays, damage and shortages.
• Manage third‑party logistics providers, carriers and freight forwarders, including onboarding, service‑level tracking, performance reviews and cost management.
• Coordinate closely with data‑center operations, hardware engineering, procurement and security teams to align delivery schedules with deployment timelines and site readiness.
• Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs and end‑of‑life equipment, ensuring secure handling and disposition of storage devices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse and logistics operations for high‑value technical equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with third‑party logistics providers and freight forwarders on an international scale.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with engineers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate chain of custody.
