International Relocation Consultant II – Remote (US)

About the role

Join Cartus as an International Relocation Consultant II, providing end‑to‑end coordination of global moves for clients on a remote, US‑based basis. You will act as the single point of contact for all phases of international relocation, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and coordinate all phases of international relocation activities per client contracts.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Cartus products and services in every client interaction.
• Deliver services according to Cartus and client standards, programs, and policies.
• Manage CAD reports to ensure compliance with service status and milestone requirements.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers.
• Maintain accurate data in Cartus systems to meet audit requirements.
• Identify process improvements, service enhancements, and revenue‑generation opportunities.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in international relocation (2‑3 years of customer‑service experience required).
• Experience living or working abroad is preferred.
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
