About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an International and Operational Genetic Counselor to provide expert genetic counseling services for patients worldwide. This remote position supports the company’s fertility and women’s health solutions, helping patients navigate complex genetic information at critical moments in their reproductive journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive genetic counseling to patients and healthcare providers across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to integrate genetic testing into fertility and women’s health programs.
• Develop and maintain operational processes that ensure consistent, high‑quality counseling services.
• Provide education and support materials for patients, clinicians, and partners.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all jurisdictions served.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in genetics, genetic counseling, or a related field.
• Professional certification in genetic counseling.
• Proven experience delivering genetic counseling services, preferably in reproductive health or fertility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
