Internal Communications Manager

About the role

Saronic Technologies is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to shape and execute the company’s internal communication strategy. You will keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with the organization’s vision, priorities, and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create and manage messaging for updates, policy changes, and initiatives across channels such as Slack, newsletters, and town halls.
• Partner with HR, EHS, Workplace Operations, and executive leadership to ensure consistent, clear communication.
• Lead storytelling campaigns that highlight culture, employee achievements, and workplace highlights.
• Measure impact through KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiment) and continuously refine the approach.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in internal, employee, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
