- Represent the product line at trade shows, design events and professional associations.
- Maintain CRM records, monitor the pipeline and share market intelligence on trends, competitors and customer feedback with leadership and European headquarters.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of specification sales experience in interior building products, architectural finishes or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to sell premium products and turn specifications into awarded projects.
- Experience with independent sales representatives or a multi-market representative network.
- Strong presentation skills, including lunch-and-learns and product education sessions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; architecture, interior design, business or a related field is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
Preferred background

What we offer
- Base salary of $175,000-$200,000 per year, plus a 20% target bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Opportunity to lead the expansion of a premium product line across North America and direct access to senior leadership and international headquarters.
