Interim Associate Director, US Integrated Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an Interim Associate Director of US Integrated Marketing to lead high‑impact, cross‑channel campaigns for an 8‑month maternity cover. The role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative storytelling, and execution, driving brand relevance across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated go‑to‑market plans and overall marketing strategy.
• Manage internal and external partners, write briefs, provide strategic feedback, and oversee creative asset development.
• Ensure campaigns launch on time and within budget through strong project management.
• Collaborate with creative, PR, media, product marketing, partnerships, and growth teams to meet key market metrics.
• Provide leadership to a team of four direct reports, ensuring cohesive execution across workstreams.
• Partner with media agencies and oversee influencer/creator workstreams, including talent negotiations.
• Integrate cultural insights into product strategy and drive data‑driven decisions on campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or Master’s a plus) with 8–10 years of brand, integrated or strategic marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of launching multi‑channel campaigns that generate emotional connection and measurable results.
• Strong leadership experience overseeing channel leads and guiding overall strategy.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics.
• Experience managing celebrity, talent, influencer, or creator partnerships and agency relationships.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving environments, balance short‑term needs with long‑term strategy, and communicate clearly with senior leadership.
