About the role

Calls Experts is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join its remote team. This full‑cycle role involves receiving inbound calls from qualified prospects interested in life or health insurance, guiding the conversation, handling objections, and closing the sale.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from qualified life and health insurance prospects.
• Navigate conversations, overcome objections, and persuade prospects.
• Close sales and achieve defined performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales closing, inbound or insurance sales, or full‑cycle sales.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals.
• Fluent English with a clear, professional accent.
• Strong objection‑handling and persuasion capabilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

What we offer

• Starting base pay of $3 USD/hour, increasing up to $5 USD/hour based on performance.
• Performance bonuses up to $1,000 USD per month.
• Full‑time schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with occasional paid weekend overtime.
• Remote work setup requiring a laptop/desktop (CPU benchmark 6,000+, 12 GB RAM), Windows 11 or Mac M1+, USB headset, and fiber‑optic internet (≥30 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up).
