Insurance Sales Representative – Remote Full-Time

About the role

Calls Experts is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join its remote team. This full‑cycle role involves handling inbound calls from qualified prospects interested in life or health insurance, guiding them through the sales process, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from qualified prospects interested in life or health insurance.
• Handle conversations, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Experience in sales closing, inbound sales, insurance sales, or full‑cycle sales.
• Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals.
• Fluent English with a clear, professional accent.
• Strong objection‑handling and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

What we offer

• Starting base pay of $3 USD per hour, increasing up to $5 USD per hour based on performance.
• Performance bonuses up to $1,000 USD per month.
• Full‑time schedule: 5 days/week, 9 AM‑6 PM Eastern Time, occasional paid overtime weekends.
• Monthly payments via Payoneer or Wise.
• Remote work with equipment requirements: laptop/desktop with CPU benchmark ≥6,000, 12 GB RAM, Windows 11 or Mac M1+, USB headset, fiber‑optic internet (minimum 30 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up).
