Installation Supervisor – Construction Site Lead

About the role

As an Installation Supervisor you will guide a team on construction sites, ensuring compliance with code requirements and building‑system specifications. You will work closely with general contractors and manage resources to deliver safe, reliable installations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew on sites with multiple subcontractors, coordinating daily activities.
• Implement and monitor safety guidelines, making safety the top priority.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking team performance against milestones.
• Collaborate with all organizational levels to achieve business goals.
• Provide learning and development opportunities for team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of construction experience, preferably in elevator/escalator installation.
• Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union‑represented workforce.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and systems, and experience working with general contractors.
