About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation teams on construction sites, working with multiple subcontractors and general contractors.
• Implement and monitor safety guidelines to ensure compliance with code requirements and protect team members.
• Manage project schedules, track team performance, and ensure timely completion of installation tasks.
• Provide learning opportunities and mentorship to crew members, fostering skill development.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience with a focus on installation projects.
• Supervisory experience, preferably leading a union‑represented workforce.
• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong understanding of building codes, elevator systems, and construction processes.
