Installation Manager

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors' Installation Managers oversee a team of 3 to 4 Project Managers and manage the entire customer experience and vendor relationships from post‑sale through final installation. This role is critical to delivering high‑quality home remodeling projects while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect all aspects of projects to determine scope of work.
• Oversee 3‑4 Project Managers within the territory.
• Communicate agreements between the company and customers.
• Identify alternative actions and negotiate plan adjustments with customers.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain necessary permits.
• Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed to specification and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and develop effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between sites.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including oversight of PMs and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with residential roofing, siding, windows, and doors.
• Professional client‑facing experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and resourceful problem‑solver.
• Top‑notch customer service abilities.
