Install Manager (Windows & Doors)

About the role

Our client seeks a driven Install Manager to lead new‑construction window and door installations across Central Virginia. You will coordinate installers, manage project schedules, ensure quality control, and support the sales team to win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train high‑quality installation subcontractors, providing ongoing coaching and certification.
• Support sales by attending prospect meetings, quoting custom jobs, and guiding the sales cycle.
• Review quotes, labor calculators, and construction plans for accuracy and margin, adjusting as needed.
• Develop and maintain installation schedules, conduct pre‑installation site visits, and lead on‑site coordination on installation days.
• Conduct post‑installation inspections, manage rework, approve invoices, and ensure final sign‑offs.
• Oversee delivery and installation of accessories, manage change orders, and coordinate billing documentation.
• Assist in onboarding new project managers or service technicians and act as liaison between field teams and internal departments.

Required profile

• 2+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in window and door installation.
• Hands‑on installation experience in new construction is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is a plus; OSHA 30 and CPR certifications required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
