Install Manager – Lead Project Teams

About the role

The Install Manager at Home Genius Exteriors leads a team of 3‑4 Project Managers, overseeing the full customer experience and vendor relationships from post‑sale through final installation. This role ensures projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect project scopes and determine required work.
• Oversee 3‑4 Project Managers within the territory.
• Communicate agreements between the company and customers.
• Negotiate plan adjustments with customers as needed.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits.
• Recruit, screen, and manage crew members and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed to specification and safety standards.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and strong supplier, contractor, and client relationships.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between sites.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of project management experience in residential roofing, siding, windows, or doors.
• Experience overseeing project managers and subcontractors.
• Strong client‑facing professionalism and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated with excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
