Inspector I – Hydraulic Component Inspection

About the role

The Inspector I will join HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, to ensure hydraulic cartridge valves and related components meet all internal specifications and quality standards. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail directly impacts product reliability for mobile and industrial equipment markets.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect components and verify compliance with HydraForce specifications.
• Document inspection results and record data using established software tools.
• Submit Non‑Conformance reports for any items that fail inspection.
• Communicate inspection findings to supervisors and product owners, assisting in problem identification.
• Maintain clean‑up and housekeeping procedures and adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent education.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods and lift at least 20 lb.
• Comfort working with small parts and performing repetitive hand/arm motions.
• Willingness to work in both a desk‑based computer environment and a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using inspection documentation programs and software.
