Inside Sales Representative – Stem Cell Sales Development

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its Stem Cell Sales Development team in Tucson, AZ. You will guide expectant families through cord blood banking options, delivering accurate information and exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Educate families on cord blood banking choices and help them make informed decisions.
• Provide superior customer service via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat sessions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on procedural activities, training, and administrative tasks.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and client‑service targets.
• Follow all Consumer Sales processes and company policies.
• Review recorded calls with management to identify best practices.
• Maintain quality standards in line with the company’s Quality Policy.
• Generate incident reports (IRs) for client or operational issues.
• Potentially serve as a mentor or trainer for new hires.
• Safeguard client data, including personal, credit‑card, and medical information.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Strong written communication for routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective oral communication when speaking to customers or internal teams.
• Mathematical competence for calculating discounts, commissions, percentages, and other figures.
• Reasoning ability to follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.
• Capability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations if needed.
