About the role

The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will manage customer accounts, process orders, and provide technical solutions for industrial hose, gasket and piping products.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell industrial hose, gasket and piping products while maintaining customer accounts.
  • Take orders via phone and internet, enter them into the system and generate quotes.
  • Estimate delivery dates based on production schedules and inventory.
  • Prepare transaction reports and collaborate with account managers to keep records up‑to‑date.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of engineering principles, solid modeling, welding and fabrication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with industrial hose, gasket and piping products.
