Inpatient Physical Therapist – Per Diem – $65/hr

About the role

Join the Therapy Services Team in Kingman, Arizona as a Per Diem Inpatient Physical Therapist earning $65 per hour. You will provide a full range of physical therapy services in an interdisciplinary environment, supporting patient comfort, pain management, and functional recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations or screens for adult and geriatric patients.
• Develop individualized Plans of Care with functional goals and adjust them based on patient response.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, document progress, and ensure accurate billing at shift end.
• Educate patients and families to help achieve treatment goals.
• Adhere to KHI policies, Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy, and Medicare regulations.
• Assist with orientation of new staff and support PT/PTA student programs.
• Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of an APTA‑approved four‑year bachelor’s degree program (or foreign equivalent).
• Current Arizona Physical Therapy license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
