Inpatient Occupational Therapist – Sign‑On Bonus & Relocation

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join its Therapy Services team in Kingman, Arizona. The position includes a $25,000 sign‑on bonus and a $4,000 relocation bonus for eligible new hires, and is open to recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations or screens and develop individualized plans of care with functional goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, document patient progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families, ensure compliance with AIDET, hand hygiene, and maintain a clean environment.
• Complete accurate billing and documentation in line with KHI, Arizona Board, and Medicare regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings, student training, and continuing education activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Arizona OT license and BLS certification.
• Recent experience working with adult and geriatric populations.

Required skills

• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license.
