About the role
Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors. This full‑time W‑2 position lets you skip cold calls – 90% of the work is prepared before you meet the customer. Join the fast‑growing Pittsburgh branch, on track to become a $40M operation this year.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
- Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
- Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship (internal promotion only).
- Contribute to a supportive, team‑first environment.
Required profile
- Confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
- Driven to succeed and advance.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of results.
What we offer
- $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no commission cap.
- Weekly pay every Friday.
