About the role
Console is building AI agents that automate enterprise operations. As an Infrastructure Engineer you will design and operate the cloud‑hosted platform that powers these agents for large‑scale customers.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain the AWS‑based infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters that run Console’s platform.
- Architect and ship a scalable self‑hosted deployment model for enterprise customers with strict security and data requirements.
- Own core components such as the graph, search, queueing and runtime systems, ensuring they scale with customer complexity.
- Design deployment patterns that work across hosted and customer‑hosted environments while maintaining performance, cost efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, security and customer‑facing teams to translate enterprise constraints into durable infrastructure improvements.
- Improve observability, incident response and operational tooling as the platform grows.
Required profile
- Strong background in building and operating large‑scale cloud infrastructure.
- Experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions from architecture through production operations.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, security and customer teams.
