Information Security Analyst – Hartford, CT

About the role

Infosys Financial Services is seeking an Information Security Analyst to support its digital transformation initiatives for financial institutions. The role is based in Hartford, CT and focuses on identity, access, and governance solutions across cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Document and contribute to business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate software design discussions and capture design decisions for the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or updates while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain code repositories, and apply necessary changes.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth application roll‑outs.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities for knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Experience with identity management design and implementation.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) automation tools.
• Knowledge of access management technologies such as SSO, Kerberos, and SAML.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
