Info Security Architect – AI

About the role

The AI Security Architect designs, implements and governs security frameworks for AI technologies, ensuring secure development and deployment of Generative AI, Agentic AI and related solutions across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop secure‑by‑design architecture guidelines for AI/ML platforms, covering data ingestion, model training, deployment and inference.
• Lead AI‑specific threat modeling and create reusable security patterns for Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and Agentic AI solutions.
• Define reference security architectures, guardrails and risk‑based controls that satisfy regulatory and enterprise requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to automate security guardrails and integrate controls into AI pipelines.
• Assess cybersecurity risks of third‑party AI vendors, models and platforms and recommend mitigating controls.
• Define security logging, monitoring, detection and response requirements for AI systems, including prompt attacks and data exposure.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI/ML architectures, Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and Agentic AI pipelines.
• Experience securing enterprise AI platforms and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or Databricks.
• Familiarity with AI security frameworks like NIST AI RMF or MITRE Atlas.
• Ability to communicate technical and non‑technical cybersecurity risks to stakeholders.

Required skills

• AI/ML security, prompt safety testing, adversarial AI risk mitigation.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Security frameworks and standards (NIST, MITRE).
• Threat modeling, risk assessment, security architecture design.
• Regulatory knowledge for insurance (HIPAA, PCI).
