Influencer Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Join Nike Communications’ Digital team in New York as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. You will support a variety of prestige brand accounts, helping to develop and execute influencer‑driven campaigns that connect brands with diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Account Support – Create trackers, compile reports, manage invoices, budgets and maintain organized project files.
• Campaign Development – Build influencer lists, contribute visual direction and messaging, and coordinate timely execution with talent and agency partners.
• Event Logistics and Coordination – Assist in planning and executing brand‑aligned events, handling RSVPs, talent check‑ins and on‑site logistics.
• Relationship Management – Nurture trusting relationships with agency partners, clients and influencer talent.

Required profile

• At least 3 months of experience in influencer, digital marketing, social media or public relations (internship experience acceptable).
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple clients or projects.
• Strong awareness of industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices in influencer marketing.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, demonstrating cultural competency.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Organizational proficiency – ability to manage budgets, trackers and reporting tools.
• Communication – clear written and verbal skills for internal and external coordination.
