Influencer Coordinator

About the role

The Influencer Coordinator will support the Sr. Manager, Global Influencer in managing gifting, communications, and product shipments for ILIA’s influencer program. This hybrid role, based in Los Angeles, blends organization, creativity, and a passion for beauty to help drive influencer collaborations and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing influencer product send‑outs and respond to ad‑hoc requests from internal teams.
• Assist the influencer team in sourcing creators for gifting lists and monthly seeding campaigns.
• Own monthly seeding initiatives for evergreen and new product launches.
• Maintain the influencer product room and ensure internal and agency inventory is stocked.
• Coordinate product shipments from the warehouse and track delivery status.
• Organize campaign tracking using internal reporting tools and provide influencer reporting as needed.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in marketing, influencer coordination, or a related internship.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Passion for beauty and a solid understanding of social media trends.
• Comfortable commuting to the Century City office 1‑2 days per week.
