Industrial Services Manager

About the role

The Industrial Services Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable operation of industrial services at Nestlé’s Gaffney plant, overseeing equipment maintenance and service delivery across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IS operators and technicians, ensuring safe, reliable and cost‑effective service delivery.
• Maintain IS equipment using planned and predictive maintenance (SAP AMM) while minimizing production impact.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and Nestlé internal requirements and manage change documentation.
• Drive resource conservation, optimizing utility use and reducing environmental impact.
• Execute continuous‑improvement and capital projects using NCE concepts.
• Coordinate with quality, safety, production, finance, HR, engineering, vendors and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of engineering, maintenance or industrial services experience.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience managing technical or maintenance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Refrigeration systems expertise.
• Ammonia handling experience.
• Boiler, compressed‑air and high‑pressure water system knowledge.
• Proficiency with SAP AMM and predictive maintenance strategies.
