Industrial Electrical Foreman

About the role

Dubak Electrical Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to manage on‑site construction projects, lead a team of journeymen and apprentices, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise up to ten journeyman electricians and three apprentices on assigned industrial projects.
• Plan layout, install, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, control equipment and cable trays.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain OSHA, Dubak and client safety standards, conduct daily safety huddles and ensure safe tool handling.
• Review project documents, plans and specifications to direct construction activities and resolve conflicts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an industrial electrical foreman (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage craft‑labor teams, foster teamwork and maintain positive client relationships.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and travel for short periods when needed.

Required skills

• Conduit measurement, cutting, bending and threading using hand tools and conduit benders.
• Installation of wiring, cable trays, and control/distribution apparatus such as switches, relays and circuit‑breaker panels.
• Wire splicing, stripping, soldering and applying terminal caps.
• Testing continuity and circuit integrity with digital multimeters, circuit tracers and toners.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and project specifications.
• Performing work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds or aerial lifts.
