Inbound Sales Representative – Remote & Shift Based

About the role

The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming sales calls, understand customer needs and turn inquiries into closed deals. This position supports both remote and shift‑based work, offering flexibility while driving revenue for a plumbing services provider.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and close sales, especially with indecisive or reluctant customers.
• Maintain a high sales conversion rate for high‑value jobs.
• Answer inbound calls daily, identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Accurately record interactions and transactions in the CRM system, writing clear notes.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall sales and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent pronunciation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a call‑center, sales‑focused role.
• Proven track record of phone sales success.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotate monthly.
• Positive, professional mindset and self‑motivation, treating the company as your own.
