About the role

Clipboard is building a new YouTube channel, Million Dollar Nurse, to empower nurses and caretakers across the United States. As the In‑House Content Creator you will be the driving force behind both short‑form and long‑form video production, appearing on‑camera and shaping the channel’s editorial direction.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 7 short‑form videos and 1 long‑form video each week, overseeing concept, filming, editing and publishing.
• Appear on‑camera 3‑4 hours per week, hosting daily shorts and weekly deep‑dive episodes.
• Define content strategy, selecting topics, angles and formats that resonate with a nursing audience.
• Manage a lean production team, including an editor and thumbnail designer, and scale resources as the channel grows.
• Collaborate with the Head of Social to analyze performance metrics bi‑weekly and adjust production tactics.

Required profile

• Charismatic on‑camera presence that builds trust with a professional audience.
• Fast learner with curiosity across finance, healthcare, YouTube growth and team management.
• Strong writing ability and a knack for translating complex ideas into engaging video scripts.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats – from content planning to operational execution.

Required skills

• Video production workflow knowledge (concept to delivery).
• Basic understanding of YouTube platform analytics and audience growth tactics.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a small creative team.
