About the role

As an In-Home Sales Representative you will meet homeowners at their residences to showcase and sell premium window and bath renovation solutions.

Key responsibilities

Conduct in‑home appointments, demonstrate products, and explain services.
Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and detailed documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

Availability for evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings).
Prior experience in in‑home, outside, or B2C sales preferred.
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to meet and exceed sales goals.
Willingness to attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI.
