In-Home Sales Representative – Uncapped Earnings

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as an In-Home Sales Representative. You will visit homeowners in the Midwest, showcase premium window and bath solutions, and help them transform their living spaces. This position offers a high‑earning potential with uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet potential clients in their homes to demonstrate product offerings and services.
• Deliver accurate presentations, estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a pipeline of pre‑qualified appointments provided by the company.
• Attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI, and ongoing sales training programs.

Required profile

• Willingness to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings).
• Prior experience in In‑Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C sales preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend mandatory training.
