About the role

Join a leading home‑improvement company as an In‑Home Sales Representative, meeting homeowners in their residences to showcase premium windows and baths. You will deliver personalized presentations, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a seamless customer experience that drives repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Availability to work evening and Saturday appointments (no Saturday evenings).
• Prior experience in in‑home, outside, or B2C sales preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to attend a one‑time training session in Madison, WI.
