Implementation Specialist

About the role

As an Implementation Specialist at CerebriOS, you will guide new mid‑market customers from a successful sale to a successful launch of our analytics platform. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and early value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end implementation process from kickoff through launch.
• Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, data sources and technical requirements.
• Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data connections and other implementation activities.
• Translate customer requirements into clear tasks for internal technical and product teams.
• Create implementation plans, track milestones and keep customers informed of progress.
• Identify and resolve implementation risks, dependencies and blockers before they affect launch.
• Validate data, configurations and workflows before hand‑off to Customer Success.
• Develop onboarding materials and documentation to improve future implementations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, project coordination or a similar role.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or other business software.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into clear implementation steps.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues.
• Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross‑functional internal teams.
