Implementation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end‑to‑end customer implementations of our next‑gen accounting platform. The role is fully execution‑focused, ensuring customers launch successfully and adopt the solution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go‑live, including configuration, data migration, testing and hand‑off to Support.
• Align the platform with each customer’s chart of accounts, reporting structures and operational requirements.
• Manage data migration from source ERP, GL or spreadsheets, guaranteeing financial data accuracy.
• Lead testing and validation of financial workflows, reporting outputs and system configuration.
• Identify risks early across data, processes or timelines and drive resolution with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project, providing clear communication and guidance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Customer Experience teams to resolve technical or workflow challenges.

Required profile

• Background in accounting or finance with strong understanding of GL, reporting, close and reconciliations.
• Experience leading software implementations or complex system rollouts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfort working with financial data, system configuration and data migration.
• Clear communication with finance stakeholders and technical teams, client‑first mindset.
