Implementation Lead

About the role

The Implementation Lead serves as the operational bridge for core customer and internal programs, ensuring a seamless transition from contract award to delivery. This role acts as the primary point of contact for all post‑contract customer delivery needs and translates sales commitments into sustainable, well‑managed programs of record.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of implementation plans and deliverables after contract award.
• Serve as the central liaison for customer delivery expectations and performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including manufacturing and engineering—to meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and resolve challenges before escalation.
• Establish foundational processes that support scalable program growth, such as Customer Success program design.
• Partner with Business Development, Government Relations, Communications, and operations to execute facility tours and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing plans, deliverables, or operational programs.
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional execution and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate friction points and proactively resolve them.
• Experience in executive‑level settings, including tours, briefs, and sales‑to‑delivery cycles.
