Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to lead technical execution across the full client lifecycle. Reporting to the Client Enablement Lead, you will work remotely in the West Coast time zone, handling client implementations, product adoption, software development, and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage Tier 1 client accounts, overseeing implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build and ship internal tools and client‑facing solutions outside the core product roadmap.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for assigned accounts.
• Maintain visibility into product usage, client workflows, technology stacks, and dependencies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in application engineering, data migrations, product analytics, or support engineering within consulting, professional services, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in AI‑assisted development and debugging, API integration, and technical implementations.
• Experience working with vendor systems such as Pendo, Amazon Redshift, and Intercom.
• Strong communication skills; experience in private credit or regulated financial products is a plus.
