Immigration Legal Assistant – Remote Full-time

About the role

We are seeking experienced Immigration Legal Assistants to support multiple US law firms remotely. The role involves handling removal defense and general immigration matters with high accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and manage client documents and evidence.
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email to request and follow up on documentation.
• Complete immigration forms accurately and review client data before submission.
• Organize evidence into structured sections for case filings and prepare formatted PDF packets using Adobe Acrobat.
• Create detailed tables of contents for legal submissions and support removal‑defense cases.
• Maintain accurate case records in the firm’s case‑management system.

Required profile

• At least 1.5–2 years experience as a Legal Assistant in a US immigration law firm, preferably with removal‑defense work.
• Advanced English proficiency (85%+) and fluent Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable internet connection, and a professional remote work environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Docketwise or INSZoom case‑management systems

What we offer
