Hybrid Retail & Wholesale Supervisor – Dallas, TX

About the role

This hybrid opportunity allows a current retail employee to support both the store and a neighboring wholesale showroom, gaining hands‑on wholesale experience while continuing retail leadership duties.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the showroom organized, professional, and ready for customers, maintaining operational standards and safety.
• Oversee sample projects, manage sample libraries, and support inventory accuracy and replenishment.
• Coordinate showroom projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, resources, and communication.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for showroom operations, fostering teamwork, onboarding, and training.

Required profile

• Current retail employee with supervisory experience (Supervisor, Key Holder, or similar).
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills, with a willingness to learn wholesale operations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks.
