Humanitarian Transformation Intern – Remote (US)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Humanitarian Transformation Intern to support digital and process transformation across its humanitarian operations. The remote position will allow you to work with Disaster Management, technology, analytics, and field teams to adopt new tools and improve crisis response.

Key responsibilities

• Support design, development, and testing of low‑code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
• Create productivity solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop user guides, implementation documentation, and knowledge‑sharing resources.
• Research emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and digital tools relevant to humanitarian work.
• Conduct comparative assessments of technology options and present recommendations.
• Assist in proof‑of‑concept and pilot demonstrations for innovative humanitarian solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret project and operational data.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision‑making.
• Contribute to information and knowledge‑management activities.
