HR Technology Senior Analyst, Workday Talent Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Senior Analyst who will own the end‑to‑end design and configuration of Workday Talent Management modules. In this senior position you will shape global employee experiences across performance, talent reviews, succession, goals, skills, development planning and internal mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Workday expert for Talent Management design, covering Performance, Talent Reviews, Skills, Goals, Succession and Talent Insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant system configurations and ensure documentation meets audit standards.
• Partner with technical teams on talent‑related integrations, data flows and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and oversee HR Technology Analysts during configuration, testing and deployment activities.
• Review and approve configuration artifacts, test scripts and results to guarantee accuracy and audit readiness.
• Evaluate Workday semi‑annual releases, recommend enhancements, and drive automation and error‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Management Operations, HR Business Operations and other COEs to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR technology analyst with deep expertise in Workday Talent Management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of handling complex configurations and integrations.
• Leadership skills to guide analysts and cross‑functional project teams.
• Excellent communication to partner with business stakeholders and translate needs into system designs.
